We exclusively cater to the alternative adult lifestyle communities offering a venue for hire and regularly host a wide variety of events throughout each month in the Auckland area.

Club Hire Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance must be paid on the night of the event

Cancellations

• If you cancel your booking, the $100 deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may incur additional fees.

Right of Refusal & Cancellation

• The Chilli Club reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion
• This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving contentious behaviour, breaches of consent, or behaviour that does not align with the values or identity of the Chilli Club
• In such cases, any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded.

Code of Conduct

• All guests and hosts must uphold a respectful, safe, inclusive, and consensual environment
• Failure to comply may result in the termination of the event without refund

Responsibility

• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all attendees and the care of the space and equipment
• Damages may incur extra charges

Set Up & Pack Down

• Set up and pack down access must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability

Cleaning

• Standard cleaning is included in the hire
• Excessive mess may result in a cleaning surcharge
